Philips B120E problems

I just bought that device, and i cant connect to it.

SO, i sniffed traffic from it and found that it trying to connect to 209.235.211.206:443 with ssl, it sends hello, and that 209.235.211.206 just resetting the connection.

As i found, it's yoics.net ip.

So... what can be the reason?

Statistics for very old firmware. Its not require for operation of the product.
