If you have 2.7.107 installed on windows it will currently no longer work, you must upgrade to 2.7.1075 and it will work properly.

The MAC desktop is also updated, old versions will not work.
If you have problems installing the new windows desktop please do the following:
1) Uninstall old desktop :
- Control Panel - programs and features - find yoics desktop and uninstall
- Or uninstall using the start button, programs->yoics->uninstall yoics
2) delete yoics program directory:
- usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Yoics
3) download latest desktop:
- http://downloads.yoics.com/windows/2.7.1075/yoics-setup-2.7.1075.exe
4) Install buy finding the yoics-setup-2.7.1075.exe (in your download directory) and right click "run as administrator"
5) it should install and work.

Biggest problem users are having we believe is because of not installing as administrator.
This will cause Yoics desktop launch to crash on launch.
To fix , right click the yoics desktop icon and make sure it is set to run as administrator. |

Yeah,,,,,,,,,,that doesn't work here. Any other guesses as to how to make this software work? |
