yoics-setup-2.6.238 Install always Offline

Hi,

I have been trying to install yoics-setup-2.6.238, however, I am always Offline. So, I cannot complete the installation.

I have a LOREX Network Camera. It works and I can access your Web Site.
Is there some interaction, or conflicts with these programs so I cannot install Yoics 2.6.238?

Is the issue that you can't install the application or that once installed, it won't run?

From the symptoms it seems that you are not getting logged in. If you are getting logged in, please go to >> view >> connection details and send the outputted data to support [at] yoics [dot] com

Hi, the installation shows that I am not logged in! Everything stops there. I have tried all I can to go beyond this point; like bringing down my Firewall and uninstalling previous programs.

for some reason it seems that your credentials for the desktop aren't working. if you mail your Yoics ID to support [at] yoics [dot] com, i can see about resetting your password from the server end and see if that works.
