xp 64-bit invalid ip address cannot login

hi, i'm new to yoics, running xp 64-bit, i looked around on the yoics website but could not find what version of windows is supported so i assume all are. After the initial installation i got an "invalid ip address detected" error. Tried rebooting already but did not fix it. Basically the client loads up but does not allow me to sign in at all. The PC i'm using has 2 network cards also if this helps.

Sorry, yes it seems that Yoics is having issues with both Vista and XP 64 bit editions. We'll post an update as soon as we come up with a solution.

Not yet 'officially' released, but here's the latest with 64bit support. Give it a go and let us know if you have any issues:

Even features .mp4 support for the web-cam surveillance app.

Proxy feature seems disabled, is it a bug?
Can you make beta/alfa build folder completely public? ( so I can see everyday newest builds ... )

what OS are you running in? proxy features is active in all versions of Yoics.

I'll say everything I have done:

1) There was the old version installed that wasn't working ( the one that wasn't working with x64 )

2) Then I installed the newest one on the old one ( without uninstalling it ) and I get this:


3) I tried to uninstall Yoics ( by removing all settings )and then install a second time the newest one ( with x64 support )
It worked.

4) Then I added and tested a service, it was working.

5) I closed Yoics and tried the service a second time, but I forget to ask to leave Yoics services enabled if closed ... so the service wasn't working.

6) I started Yoics and tried the service: it was not working!

7) I tried to delete it ( the service ) and then to add it back, but I'm now I am still getting this:


There are 2 apps running right now:
- YOICS_Desktop.exe
- YOICS_SharingService.exe

Anyway, this version seems realy slow and it freezes a lot of times!

Ok, I have probably found the problem ...

It has set by itself to Remote Access OFF

Now I turned it ON and it is back working!

Anyway I repeat, this version is very slow and it freeze a lot of time! Razz
