| After installing the update the refresh interval for single video no longer works. If I change it on the 4 screen view everything is fine. If I just choose one camera view it never refreshes. In 2.46 this worked. |

thanks. We managed to repeat on one system, we'll see if we can get it sorted out.
in the meantime, here's the link to 2.46 in case you'd like to revert to that:

I reverted to 2.46 and now I have no cams on the pages, Just the URA pictures. This was working ok on 2.47 except the refresh issue. no non standard ports, only port 80. no passwords. accounts disabled. Cams viewed in legacy interface Ok.
Reverted back to 2.47 and cams are viewable again. the auto refresh on pages worked for about 3-5 minutes then it broke.. |

Its an IE issue that needs to be fixed, but it really is low priority around here as we are swamped with vendors that are paying us to do work for them.
When I have some down time and I remember, I may fix it. But it might be a while.

I totally understand about paying customers and this takes a back seat. no worries.. just trying to be helpful so maybe when you have a chance to mess with it.. just a observation, the home screen refresh works great.. seems to be the javascript and agree its it is IE compatablility..
It has been a while since I have done much web stuff, but I think Firefox is more flexible on its rendering of JavaScript. I am pretty sure the below will not work in IE.. not sure but it seems to ring a bell.
document.sel1.src="images/tr_A.png";
document.getElementById('sel1').src="images/tr_A.png";
I may be totally incorrect in my thinking above, but going off memory this seems to have been an IE issue for many years.
Hope that helps. When you get time, |
