Firmware upgrade

Problem half-solved- I used an older version (IE8) on an old XP machine and enabled ActiveX, now a screen more recognizable to the one described above appears, I can do a firmware upgrade.

Would still like to get the original software, thanks.

Problem is the original firmware really doesn't work in modern browsers, and the upgrade is sketchy. If you upgrade to the Yoics firmware at least you can upgrade and it works.

To upgrade you need this link and use IE if you have 2.38
