If you experience a webcam viewer error related to config.php or cpu.txt, it indicates the Yoics internal web server had a problem starting. This problem has been seen when making webcam settins changes.

To workaround this issue, use the Services menu to Set Remote Access Off and after completion, use the same menu to Set Remote Access On. This has proven 100% effective in working around the issue.

Users have noticed that disabling their AV software (like KARSPENSKY) has made this problem go away. Although, we do not recommend disabling AV software, if you encounter this problem and don't like the work around, it's an option to consider.
