Desktop removes username during login

I had been using the yoics desktop for my Mole camera well for several years on my XP and IE, and then recently it removed my username during the desktop login, with the reply: incorrect username and or password. I changed the password with the username and tested both on the yoics mole site that worked well, using IE. Thereafter, I tried it on the desktop login again with the new password, and desktop once again removed the username during login, with the same response. Please help as I enjoy the desktop when it works.

It should tell you the reason on the bottom bar.

You should the "clear credentials" option then retry the username and password.

I've never seen a problem with this unless the username and password is not right, but "clear credentials" should clear that up.
