Yoics has no control over any purchases made via the Apple iTunes infrastructure. All refunds and problems must be handled via Apple. This is Apple's Policy.
To get this support from Apple find your iTunes receipt email and click the "report a problem" link.
The only support Yoics can provide in these matters is if a pro upgrade did not get properly applied to your account. This can be resolved by providing the transaction ID from the iTunes Receipt email and the YoicsID or Yoics account email. This must be done through the Yoics ticketing system located at http://ticket.yoics.com After navigating to this link select submit a ticket then select Payments and Billing. Include the Description, Order Number, Receipt date and amount. |
