YOICS works thru website, but not thru desktop app ?

Dave,

Is this a local connection or a remote connection?

Looks like it may be a router comparability issue.

On rare cases, Ive seen this, in some cases it can be fixed with a simple router config.

Email support-at-yoics.com with your router model and manufacture at the 2 sites your connecting through and we can see if we can't help you out.
