Windows 7 - YOICS_Desktop.exe has stopped working

I have been using YOICS for a couple of weeks now and I had to do a re-install of Windows 7.

I managed to get YOICS installed and setup again just fine, but it seems that after performing a windows update I get the error mentioned above when trying to load the desktop program.

It seems similar to a DEP (Data Execution Prevention) block except I tried to add an exception and it wouldn't let me.

Anyone else have this issue?

we haven't seen this problem on our windows 7 boxes.

Just in case the install got corrupted, I'd remove it and install again.
