I don't know --becuase the manual does not psecify it, what to do to connect once I moved to another house and subscribed to another service and have a different providet of Internet serbvices and router/modem. All is different. The camera is the same and I am the original owner.

I tried installing it as a new user and going through teh procedure and using another e-mail of the many I have. I cannot connect to the camera.

I tried transferring the service to a new e-mail of the many I have with the same results.

I just moved to this new home and I cannot find the disc in the 500+ boxes that I am still opening to settle down.

How could I regain access?

Do I have to treat it like a new camera ??? I don't think it is supposed to be connected in this new environment and start running,,,!

Is it?

If you are using DHCP and a wired ethernet connection it should just work.

If your using wireless, then the camera has to be reconfigured to the new wireless network by hooking it up to the ethernet.

If it is plugged into ethernet you can use the camera finder

I'm not able to sign in at all to any accounts today. My guess is its still related to server work from overnight? I'm using an existing internet setup I used yesterday just fine.

The November 1st upgrade took longer than we expected. But the service has been upgraded and we are noticing much better performance.
