It should tell you the reason on the bottom bar.
You should the "clear credentials" option then retry the username and password. I've never seen a problem with this unless the username ... |

Ive had issues with the green switches and short <10foot cables and certain devices, does yours fall under this?
If so try a >10foot Ethernet cable and see if that solves your problem. |

There is sharing with other Yoics users, and sharing with email addresses with Guest Pass (pro only)
So you can only share with other Yoics accounts unless your Pro. |
